MAJOR PASS!!!
"Feel free to not have John Vignocci on the podcast ever again. He's basically that guy with a million tired, "Remember that one time..." stories and holy shit is he annoying "
even though the guests are awesome, and funny..i like it better when it is just the four of them..awesome podcast though..
Decent bombcast up til about an hour in... that's when Ryan's breathing cutting through everything got to me. I'll have to finish the other half tomorrow, when my stamina to listen to heavy breathing is back up.
Minus the crisp heavy breathing, pretty funny bombcast.
Great podcast, received Uncharted 2: Among Thieves this morning and getting Forza Motorsport 3 next week. Two great games.
Fantastic stuff.
Dogging is the practice of organised (but secret) orgies in public places. It generally takes place in the kind of places you always see couples make out in cars in movies set in the 1950s, ie places you need a vehicle to get to where there is generally a lack of street lighting.
Dogging is nowhere near as great as it first sounds either. Its popular with bored couples in their 30's and 40's, and famous for having twice as many males as females turn up. But hey, if you like the idea of being the third person in the last half hour to have sex with a fat, bored housewife while six other men watch and masturbate or you just want to get the full value out of your Modern Warfare 2 Night Vision Goggles then I know of a great little place outside of Aylesbury...
Awesome Bombcast, I was crying with laughter on my way to University on the Underground Train this morning.
If I were on a deserted island I would bring Metal Solid 3. I wouldn't know which is the best video game of all time but Tetris definitely makes sense.
As for video game movies, the best live action VG movie is Mortal Kombat because it stays true to the source material and the special effects were good for the time. The only draw back is that with a 90 minute feature format they couldn't flesh out Sub-Zero and Scorpion's stories. The best VG movie period is with out a doubt the aminated Street Fighter II. It is a quality product that delivers fan service but remains an excellent film on its own and of course, it provides an eager public with a Chun-Li full frontal. We never see Gouken but merely hear him through the monastary doors. The best scene is at the end when Ryu flashes back to his training with Ken and Gouken delivers his fantastic speech and Ryu finally answers the question: "What do you see beyond your fist?" I urge everyone to WATCH THIS MOVIE!
In my opinion, podcasts should be a maximum of 60 minutes long and their should be a balance between entertainment and content. I believe the best podcasts were the early Rich Gallup hosted Hotspots and they weren't very long.
Perhaps every month the Bomcast could interview someone from the video game industry.
Great cast! John & Adam should have their own podcast where they just tell stories all day - it'd be like an irreverent video game industry insider's This American Life!
nice one, guests were great.. Uncharted 2 online is a lot of fun, great with mates
Kind of hard to listen to. Johhny-V's stories were sorta irritating and unfunny, as an outsider. Maybe if I knew him it'd be more interesting. Felt like being at a work party and fake-laughing at really bad stories, like "remember that crazy Super Bowl party!? Ahahaha!" Bummer.
Did agree with the MUA 2 talk though. That game is totally lacking the charm of it's predecessor.
"canela is cinammon, philistines "
who's nose is whistling thoughout the podcast? (heard around 20 min, can't unhear it)
I was laughing the hell out of the segment where he was talking about his friend with a modded Xbox.

At the time Bison was giving Ryu a beating.
I totally thought with all the storms that the bombcast might be delayed a day or two at least this week with power issues and probably travel issues( almost dying in ryans accord).
this was hiliarious. the guests were AWESOME! another great bombcast. good job, guys
I hope that they aren't laughing the whole 2.5 fucking hours. So far I have no idea what the hell anybody is talking about...guests?? *LAUGHTER*...who? *MORE LAUGHTER* what?! *UPROARIOUS LAUGHTER*...this is going to take some serious concentration to figure out what the hell they're talking about this time. I'll be back later after I've started over for the first 30 minutes to try & figure out what the fuck is going on." Wow. Everybody was laughing real hard at everything everyone else was saying. You guys don't smoke weed? I'm not sure if I like it when the guests take over the show. They're better in stand-alone video interviews. The core elements of the show are too good mess with. "
That bombcast was ridiculous fun guys.
I honestly am not familiar with the 2 special guests (and a cup) that were on the show but they blend in with the bombcast very well!
More 2 hr + podcasts!! do it..!!
johnny v is full of win dont listen to the haters, this is in the top 5 of best bombcasts ever.
" who's nose is whistling thoughout the podcast? (heard around 20 min, can't unhear it) "sounds like someone breathing through their nose.
its episodes like these that makes me so happy to have while at work... this episode made my day... and thats sad... really sad. but, this was an episode that had me laugh audibly, where most times just get me to crack a smile. and thats nothing against your normal podcasts, this one was just epic... hire John Vignocchi. and have more episodes like this.
it's good to see people actually know who John is now, as before it was only a small group, he did need to be a little more well known.
Awesome podcast.
Adam and John need to have a sitcom based on their debauched time together.
Great guest appearances. I could totally relate to a lot of the stories due to my own stupid experiences and the great storytelling.
I thought it was my nose whistling for awhile until I noticed it was coming from my speakers.
Next care package to the guys should include a Neti pot :P
