As long as it's not the year bike, Patrick should be fine.
Sound advice in this description. Same goes for Norway, esp. if alcohol is present!
Hey look, indie games without Patrick. You all said it was impossible, but here they all are.
That certainly looks like a traditional Swedish house and forest.
Scandinavian folklore is pretty fucked up when you read up on it. I'm pretty sure you were supposed to never ever follow one of the forest creatures though, as I recall it every single one of all the creatures were all about making you stray off the path in the forest, making you get lost and then kill you.
But... I do that all the time!
Edit: Okay, this is creepy and beautiful and I love it.

Brad is the new Patrick. You heard it here first.
Does The Room not count as the first iOS quicklook?
Apparently it's a running gag...
When Vinny asked about putting two fingers on the marker and Brad dismissed it in his bored voice, saying it doesn't work... that's one of those moments when you just know what's going to happen.
I was totally thinking the same thing when Vinny started singing the Willy Wonka song
That sure was some windmill music that sounds like it came straight out of Majoras Mask.
I feel like they've said "This is our first iOS quicklook" for like the past 2-3 iOS quick looks uh... what?

man that was annoying, brad at least try something. whats the point n doing a quick look otherwise.
I'd rather watch these IPAD quick looks without the fake border. Still, awesome quick look.
God this game is douche-y, I understand that iOS games are games too, but this is hardly a good time.
Limbo was beautiful because it's eeriness was backed up by a game - this is just lame.
More to the point, the way Brad turns fanboy is very unappealing.

You do notice the irony in your post, right?

Indeed, I read that being said in such a snarky voice
UAAAAHHHh! Fucking hell that in-your-face jump scare was a cheap-shot, totally took me by surprise!
i dont get it. nothing about this looked appealing except the sound design maybe. at the same time i dont know why brad was so baffled by the music riddle. looked dull and obvious to me.
I played through this game over the course of two nights and Brad is really only scratching the surface of what makes this game amazing. I wrote up some of my thoughts here.
The ways they use the physical device you're playing on to convey puzzle solutions is incredible and without spoiling anything, I'll just say that the companion app is more than just a reference guide.

I thought I remembered them saying it in every iOS QL so far....

I guess, as a Swede I was surprised it took so long, while I doubt there's much actual belief in these creatures these days, they are prevalent through in a lot of the stories we're told as kids even today, so pretty much everyone has heard of at least the more common ones like skogsrået/huldran, tomten and näcken, and to some extent the draug, though I think they are more common in Norwegian tales.
Quite boring to watch -- but I can see it as a good game to experiment alone. I like the mood and the weird lore.

Yea there's several iOS quicklooks already. Unfortunately.
Haha, Vinny is such a dad now. Almost getting the names of children's shows right.
Please, please keep that gag going. It cracks me up every time.
Also holy balls that doll.
