A Bit of Fry and Laurie is hilarious...
I'm not familiar with this guy whatsoever, but boy does he ever look British. Like a British caricature.
Mr. Fry was great in LittleBigPlanet, Fable II, and his small intro for Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, so it's good to see him returning for LBP PSP.
To put an extra note on the Harry Potter talk. Both readers were very conservative in the first book and they both don't really get into the characters until book 3 in my opinion (and yes I am a HP nerd!)
I love this guys' voice. It is great to have more of him in this new installment.
For any fans of Stephen Fry, he was fantastic as the reader for the Harry Potter audiobooks on the UK side. Jim Dale performed the audiobooks for the US publishers. Personally I prefer Jim Dale's work to Fry's, but both are good. International book publishing is a strange world indeed. For Potter nerds, it may be fun to get ahold of both versions of the first Harry Potter audiobook and give them a listen back to back and see how different the experience is based on who is reading the book for you.

His work in Fable 2 was excellent.
Stephen Fry can do whimsy... However I feel Jeff should read one of his novels before he labels him as a whimsical person.I believe the word "crass" is putting it lightly!
He's a great voice-over character. He was brilliant in Blackadder too when he was younger.
They should have recruited Hugh Laurie.
"Twitter, twitter, twitter, twitter! Ugh, would this fad die a death already. Its nothing but self-obsessed insecure mongs posting flaffle about shoite as a way to validate their existence or some crap...like that. The idea is good, but the way its wrapped up in this mawkish blanket of fakeness........just.......ewww. "
It would make sense to have him in there again, when he's so good at it.I saw Mr Fry coming out of a bagel shop in Kensington, I never said hello to him, but I did dip my flat cap to acknowledge him, as you do here.
Good ol' Stephen Fry, I love QI. Great show.

What's next Sony? Jeremy Clarkson in Gran Turismo 5?
The man is a British institution. Also me lives near and sometimes shops where i work ,giant of a man.
That's great to hear
The amount of voicework Stephen Fry puts into a game or film is relative to my interest in said game or film.
YES! GiantBomb has a news article on Stephen Fry! YES!and it's not like how Jeff said "some British guy" last yearI saw this via twitter also.
I love Steven Fry
Stephen Fry is a legend, he was pretty decent in Fable 2 as well =)
Totally called it.
Sweet. I quite enjoyed his narration on the original so hopefully it will add the same vibe to the PSP game.
Stephen Fry has been using Twitter for a long time now, so saying that is a tragic figure of public interest is ... wrong. But he is a charming man (I'm a fan) :)
Good to hear. I like Stephen Fry. His voiceovers on LBP was fantastic. Glad to see him returning for the PSP version.
Thats why stephen rocks
