"thank god that hallway was empty."
"climactic finale tomorrow!"
They're going to be so dissapointed.

" @Sarumarine: Hopefully drew just has to push the buttons to record/stop record and goes on about his business "Yeah, probably. But I keep imagining he has to hang around to keep track of time or make sure recording is going smoothly or something.
I like how they try to shoot the non highlighted deer head and then give up.
EDIT: Ha, at Vinny laughing at them.
more entertaining than VJ, were jeff is just sighing loudly and Vinny trying to make conversation.
" more entertaining than VJ, were jeff is just sighing loudly and Vinny trying to make conversation. "No, that's Brad. He's the one sighing and hating every waking moment, remember?

Ok this is officially freaking me out now, am I the only one in this world that actually found VJ to be kinda boring? After about say episode 10 Jeff didn't even attempt to care he just kinda gave up. Say what you will about BR but they seem enthusiastic when the plot moves forward which is more than you can say about VJ which was basically Vinny desperately trying to keep the show rolling (and he did a admirable job.)
Oh and thanks for the quest by the way I was like minding my own business and suddendly it popped up, best news all day.
" @lordofultima said:No, your definitely not alone. I agree, BR has been much better for a looong while now." @griefersstolemykeyboard said:" more entertaining than VJ, were jeff is just sighing loudly and Vinny trying to make conversation. Brad and Ryan's E.R. has been much more entertaining than Vinny and Jeff's.
All that sighing Jeff was doing spoiled it.
I can't stand that "sighing" sound.
No big deal though. I still love Jeff :)
They really should do a special podcast and talk about this game.
I'm only 2 minutes in and I'm already laughing uncontrollably at York smashing his head into a door repeatedly.
I don't care what anyone says, Brad should be the pilot for EVERY quick look.
Brad should really use the start menu to switch weapons, like Vinny does. Also, I think he would do a lot better on crowd control if he started using stronger weapons so he doesn't spend 30 seconds for each zombie. Also, also, that suit isn't the real one.
For those comparing the two runs, VJ had a lot of interesting commentary on the pacing and mechanics, while BR seems to focus more on the story. Both runs are great in there own way.
kind of strange watching BR and knowing how everything works, hard to not scream at my screen and just shout "shoot the mothereffin' deer head!!" lol
" @mutha3: hate to say it but yeah, Jeff ruined the ending. s i g h................................................. "Oh man. I saw the ER end with them too. Was really affected by it but didn't see it reflected in them. Anyways, hope BR don't disappoint.
" These dueling endurance runs are a great demonstration on why you should attack obstacles with a positive outlook. The VJ run accepted the shortcomings of this game, made the best of them, and got through the game without too much trouble. BR are having a much worse time. Their apathy, scorn, and frustration seem to get in the way and they end up lost and dead much more, generally accompanied by tons of complaining. All four guys are obviously very capable game players, but attitude seems to divide how much enjoyment they get out of the game and how well they do in it. Luckily for us, both ERs are fun. "This. Almost precisely this. The game's core mechanics aren't great, we all know that, but BR (well, Brad) has not wrapped his mind around that. Instead of working WITH the game to have a good time, he just expects the game to hand him fun on a silver platter. And he especially wants his hand to be held, so when he does something that would be stupid in ANY video game, he gets pissed off when he fails.

Having played it or not, we all get that. Not every game, for better or worse, is going to be a 100% visceral experience like Uncharted 2. Team VJ were upset with the game's flaws at times, but they know how to enjoy it, for the most part. While Brad is like the kid in the woods playing with sticks and rocks, constantly complaining to his friends that "This all isn't real!", not letting himself suspend his disbelief to have fun with what he has. "
Oh man, Brad. seriously. Its weird that I thought Brad really liked survival horror games like Resident Evil 5 (he gave it 5/5 and it was a good detailed review) yet he doesn't seem to understand the concept of "When the zombies are close and you can't kill them all, run to the other side of the room and start over."
His quick look of Resident Evil 5: Desperate Escape makes so much more sense now.
I have a suspicion that Brad probably stopped looking at comments early on in the ER.
I can't imagine if he read them daily that he would bother finishing his ER once Vinny/Jeff hit the end otherwise. It seems the majority opinion is that Brad blows and shouldn't bother.
Thankfully he and Ryan apparently aren't operating based on 'majority opinion' in the comments.
I actually enjoy both pairs and am pretty happy to have some additional installments to watch. If I had so much contempt for BR's efforts though I wouldn't be watching. Not sure why others do. Still seems masochistic in a big way.
Uh, it's playing. A game. For the purposes of entertaining all of us. Even if you are frustrated doesn't that beat just staring blankly at the screen while everything is done perfectly? Perfectly boring?
Yet day after day it seems to be the same recycled insults. Literally you can cut/paste from any one of the 38 episodes. Isn't it boring to write the same thing every day? Seems like that ground has been pretty well covered and covered and covered.....
I don't get why Brad is disappointed that they didn't exploit the health kit in the clock tower when he did exploit the health kit. Also, they shot the fucking axe out of the air during the first run to the killer part and they didn't mention it. It was rad.
Edit: He only grabbed enough to fill his inventory though.
Hah! Spoony does "Let's Play Deadly Premonition" :-)

"But how did George get out of that room?" "Oh come on." "You're right, these questions are not worth asking."
Hahaha, when Ryan made the connection of Thomas' Biscuit being like the Invincibility Star, then making that noise was great.
" Hah! Spoony does "Let's Play Deadly Premonition" :-) http://spoonyexperiment.com/2010/05/26/lets-play-deadly-premonition-episode-1/ "LOL. Spoony is awesome!

There is no way in hell I'm going to watch someone play through DP for the third time.
Edit: I am 15min in. Fuck DP. :D
"I heard some stuff in the background, but I must have missed the good ones. Do you remember where his best comments are? "Erm.... i don't remember any specific comments, i don't think you can hear him well enough for that. I think he was just mocking them for not being able to solve the deer head room puzzle, as they were way overthinking it.
"Hah! Spoony does "Let's Play Deadly Premonition" :-) http://spoonyexperiment.com/2010/05/26/lets-play-deadly-premonition-episode-1/ "Watched it, he seems to be picking it up pretty fast compared to some people :P
" @RhombusOfTerror said:My best bet is that that's a play on Heavy Rain's "Jason!"." (X) KAYSEN! "what is this "X" Kaysen about? "
York running in to the door repeatedly for next week's I Love Mondays background imo. :P
赤い種子の犯人像 does make a lot more sense then Deadly Premonitions. I hope reviews aren't based solely on th experience derived from the reviewers skill...
I don't endorse Bradhate; we should use positive reenforcement and constructive criticism to guide Brad to a better gameplay level.
I can't wait for the hours long episodes to come because Brad won't use anything but the 10mm. Even the shotgun over the magnum!
