That actually looks pretty fun. I want it.
This looks great! I think the downloadable game format really suits Double Fine.
" I love how everyone is always so down about JRPGs, yet they cream their pants at this game. Yes, it is awesome, but it's basically a rip-off of Earthbound and Mario RPG (with the reflex-based battles and sense of humor). It looks awesome, don't get me wrong, but if you hate JRPGs you're an ass. "There's more ignorant nonsense spouted about JRPGs by people who don't play them or haven't played one in 10 years, than about any other type of game.
This looks fantastic, but there is something about the door knocking transitions which I find jarring. Could be smoother and flow better.
Wow, this game wasn't on my radar at all, but it looks nifty.
Candy pumpkins > candy corn.
Super excited about it, but it's releasing alongside/within a week of Fallout New Vegas and Fable 3. Arg!
I hate trick or treating. Haven't done so since I was ten years old. This, on the other hand, looks awesome.
On another note, do kids even trick or treat anymore? I thought they all just "trick or treated" at church and the mall, now, because of all those bullshit "they'll poison yer snickers and put razorblades in your butterfingers!" lies that the media spread years ago?
The only thing I love more than Vinny after this QL is Costume Quest. Can. Not. Wait.

They started turning to shit when anime became a huge thing and every game started sharing it's predictable tropes. Also, I don't think you can rip off a sense of humor. Going back to the light-hearted spirit of those games is what's needed and DF is doing it -- That's what's awesome.
This game looks really great and I'm definatly gonna buy it but Jeff (or whoever is playing) you should play some, backtrack, and then play again and show us because looking at you trying to find something to do gets boring after a while. Other then that, nice game! =)
" I'm with Vinny. This game is like my childhood Halloween fantasy's come true. "I thought that very same thing when I started watching this haha.
I'm not a fan of Turn-based RPGs anymore except for the Mario RPG series but this looks excellent. I love Halloween so I can see myself totally getting into this game.
The lack of voice acting. Hearing little kids read those lines would be simply amazing.
Where's the house that gives out raisins and pretzels? Super Secret Mini Boss perhaps?
This game looks rad, hope there is a little bit more to the final product though as I can see this getting a little dull after a while.
This looks really good, hopefully this will take Penny Arcade Adventure's place. (Because Deathspank certainly didn't.)
Game wasn't on my radar; I thought it was some weird mini-game collection.
I was sorely, sorely mistaken.
19th of November release date!? RYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!
I'm gonna guess you win an apple for finishing the bobbing quest, and you can give that to the pie lady.
