I'm already addicted to Bad Company 2. But this does look pretty awesome. The first map that they showed looked really great. For rush this map looks like it could be a load of fun... but the flamethrower... how do they limit the situation where like 6 people are using it at the same time? Gonna be a special pick-up?

It is 4 new maps and a ton of new weapons and vehicles. And I kinda wish theyd make it a arcade game/DLC piece. Being able to play games without disks is awesome "

I completely agree. I'd purchase a stand alone for this as soon as it came out, but I can't see myself buying a retail copy of Bad Company 2 then paying another 15 when I know I'll only be playing the expansion. I think I'm either going to wait until a special version of BC2 comes out with the expansion included (and only after it drops in price) or wait and see if they ever release a stand alone for this.
This reminds me a lot of that BioShock 2 DLC. I want to play it but refuse to buy the retail copy just to go a head and fork over more money for DLC when it's just the expansion I'm interested in. :/

Caught myself thinking "all this killing is horrible, it's really not funny at all". Don't know why, I've seen hundreds of similar videos and never reacted. Think it has something to do with the flamethrowers and the chillaxed music. Strange. Something must be wrong with me.

Looks good though.

@crusader8463: You realize they're adding new weapons and changing the mechanics around to suit the time period? This isn't some MW2 business where there are 3 new maps and 2 rehashes plus Battlefield maps have way more to them than MW2's maps. Seems like a good deal to me.

It's not for what I get out of the game though. The only class I enjoyed playing was the sniper. Every now and then I would run around as the medic healing people and reviving them when I got stuck on a bad team, but other then that the sniper was the only class I had any fun with. And yes I have played the other ones for several hours and have unlocked most of their items too, but they never did anything for me.

So a few new weapons and some tweaking of the feel just isn't enough to get me into the game again after the 64 hours Steam says I put into the game. It would just feel like more of the same to me and I just got tired of it after awhile. I still load it up for an hour or two now and again, but at some point something just clicked and I stopped having fun with the game so I don't really feel like this will add anything to the game other then a few more hours to mess around in before I hit the same spot I was in before I spent the $15.
