I'm referring more to the review construction end of the job, but I can get behind your commentary. :)
This looks really good. Really love the art for it. I sort of was thinking Professor Layton with Agatha but every character seems to have their own little touch. And man Howie just looks great. All scientisty and giant Cthulhu. All of it so good. And turn based mode sounds like what I'd be wanting. And a single player mode that combines Typing of the Dead and Plants vs Zombies? Take my money.

There's already a game on the AppStore called WordFighter :(
This looks so damn awesome.
Maybe they're billing it as W.O.R.D. Fighter? Would that work for the AppStore? I don't know, I don't have a tablet device or anything that can use that stuff.
I think this is the best Quicklook EX I've seen so far. I loved that designer was focused on explaining the game mechanics and what they're still thinking about with regards to them. He doesn't sound like he's just going down a list of things he is supposed to name off or trying hard to sell the game by saying things like "What's really cool about this game is..." How the game works is explained by him but the quality of the game speaks for itself (and the game looks really neat and fun). I'd totally pick this up if I had anything to play it on. Hopefully it will come to PC in the future.

Yeah he just seems excited to be showing off his game. I will totally get this.
Lovecraft & Poe are both in this as playable characters....damn this cheap slightly smart phone knockoff. Hopefully when this comes out I'll have a phone that can play the hell out of this.
Another classic Brad quote:
"I went through this whole thing not realizing the letters are weighted."
Does he say this stuff on purpose??!!
"I've gone through this whole quick-look without realising the letters were weighted"
-Brad Shoemaker, 2011.
time to train up on boggle for this. Really love these quick look ex for ios titles.
Dev's sound genuinely interested in the cool stuff of there game vs desperately trying to make their game seem unique from other genre stuff.
Might just be indie devs vs others.
Will pick this up lol. This is a type of game that can't really work on any other platform as well.
Glad I'm not the only one that noticed that. I wonder if they included curse words?Love Will going for the Porn.
Great video, game loos like lots of fun. The dev sounds like that newest Whiskey engineer though. What's-his-name, won the MK scrub tournament.
When they try to in the QL, word that's been used before shows up yellow & does nothing. Is there anything from letting you play the same word over and over again?
I was totally yelling at the screen when Brad missed Queen, Queens and Quest all in a row. If I had an iPhone I would own this game then own all kinds of people playing it!
he seemed really nice. i want to get this@KingKavik said:

So, if I got this right at first glance, then it's Edgar Allen Poe, Agatha Christie, the Brothers Grimm, Jane Austen, Homer, and H. P. Lovecraft?
Why does every guest of quick looks sound the same, no matter what company they're from?
