@PsychedelicBrog:

DUDE

considering all of those except D.P. are considered to be great games, then combining the bad bits of those will still make this at least an OK game ;p

@iWonder:

Do not trust this QL, try the free demo.

Marcello is the white version of Tisha from the new Deus Ex." Well sheeeeit Cap'n, I beeze right here waitin" vs. "Ladies foist." Which is the lamer stereotype?

Edit: The 80s robot show with the little girl was called "Small Wonder." Just FYI, and i know you care.

Game o' the year.

Finished it today. Borken and terrible, and when it works it's boring.

This is the funniest quick look in a long time, one of my absolute favourites now.

Lana,

If you're going to try to sneak away from a monster. Don't wear heels doing so.

She must have forgotten her bug out bag.

so 23 minutes in: how did Amy move the massive crates aside to hide in the toilet, then put them back in front of the door?

I'm hoping to see a review of this game soon

35:55-36:04 - LMAO @Vinny's reference to Congo "Amy loves Peter. Amy wants apple."

Overall that was one of the better QLs I've seen in a while. Shitty game, but good commentary resulted because of it =)

I think the reason why Lana encourages AMY so much when she does something like push a button is because AMY is autistic.

I really don't see how they didn't get that. I know/knew nothing of this game and immediately got the 'she's autistic' vibe.

What is up with the weird pig squeal when on the "you died" screen? What is this, a Plinkett review?

Use the PC term man! She is verbally challenged. Also, perceptionally challenged. Also... mentally challenged.

...why didn't they just say autistic?

omfggg xD this is the funniest quick look ever xD first 5 minutes just killeddd me xD!!!

Wow, this is just a piece of crap game. Horrible graphics, not scary at all and just overall plain bad.

DonĀ“t know who will pay money to play this.

Great quick look you's guys

The controls seem as clunky as the Alone the dark game on the xbox 360. Damn the controls were so bad in that game, I just gave up playing it after awhile.

Talk-down-not-teach-up HUD tips are the product of subpar design and should end.

the visuals don't look bad if they were stills. but the framerate issues really F them up.

Siding with Patrick here. ANY of the Siren games are outstanding. I cannot recommend them enough for survival horror fans.

I really liked the demo for Blood Curse, but it's a download only title isn't it? I'd buy it if it were an on disc game because I don't think I have room on my PS3 for it and I don't think PSN would download it in any reasonable amount of time.

If your willing to import it, there is a boxed disc copy of the game (that includes bonus making of stuff not available here) that came out in Europe. You shouldn't have any issues playing it, as it doesn't seem to have any region locking.

ALSO, if you're really willing to go down the rabbit hole, the first game, called just Siren (of which the PS3 one is a kind of 'redo', but the first is still totally worth playing) came out in North America for PS2. And the second game, Forbidden Siren 2, while it only came out in Europe and Japan, is totally worth importing and playing on a modified PS2 or emulator.

I think you will find that the Siren series offers up one of the creepiest and most disturbing horror experiences you can get in gaming. Something of note though: since they were localized to Europe, get used to Japanese people with British accents. :)

I found the Siren series to be incredibly creepy and sightjacking makes the game even more scary (shibito make the most disturbing sounds and have creeper heavy breathing) than it is helpful
