maybe
I feel like the Gaping Dragon isn't the most suitable reference, considering it's by far one of, if not the, easiest boss battles in the game. :P In fact it's just plain easy by video-game standards, let alone Dark Souls.
Iv beaten Dark souls and it drove me crazy so im just going to pretend this does not exist so in my eyes iv beaten and seen all that dark souls can give lol whos with me

No I haven't. I said it was possible that it could be, not that the Gaping Dragon is the easiest boss battle in the game.
I hope they release those levels on the xbox as DLC. But, I'll probably buy it as 60$ DLC on the pc if they don't.
Even though I have a PS3, the fact this is coming out on PC brings it way higher on my possibly-buy list. I like my PS3, I just don't like my games shown on a 50" screen in the family room every day.
30 fps? Man, I hadn't heard that. Bit of a bummer, if they lock it there, but I guess they have their reasons? Regardless, I'm glad to see it making its way to the Master Platform ;)
FUCK YEAH!!! I AM SO GOD DAMNED MOIST RIGHT NOW!! IS ANYONE ELSE REALLY MOIST!!??
Gaping Dragon is probably my favorite bossfight in the game, really fun to take on with some bros.
But by god that thing looks terrifying! You are correct though, I think it killed me once and then I beat it.I feel like the Gaping Dragon isn't the most suitable reference, considering it's by far one of, if not the, easiest boss battles in the game. :P In fact it's just plain easy by video-game standards, let alone Dark Souls.
Still not interested. There really isn't anything about this game that makes me want to play it.

No one who has used Games for Windows live before is "Moist" we're all just groaning and shaking our heads about "what could have been"...
As long as this stuff gets released on consoles I will be happy. If not, I will probably still buy this. But be far less happy.

And 720p. Just sayin'.

Not even... partial nudity? It's the most mysterious type of nudity.
30 fps? This is a joke, right? Also GfWL... this is usually a dealbreaker for me but I wanted to play this game. Even signed the petition back in the day.

I've used GFWL, and it sucks. But I'm still moist. DARK SOULS ON THE PC, WOOHOO!!!
so i guess, after doing some reading this will be a direct port of the 360 version. with no real additional work done to it.

This is cool but now I have to S-rank it again for the new content, it would be even better if Xbox got the new content as well.

GFWL isn't too bad. I had Dawn Of War 2 on that service and it was fine
Yeah? Get Gotham City Impostors, where over half the time the matchmaking system straight up does not work. You'll sit in a lobby for half an hour "searching" for players. Great fun.
@Cheesebob: Dawn of War 2's online was HORRIBLE for me. Straight-up unplayable. The experience seemed to vary to extremes.
YES! I've been asking for this for SO LONG!
Spoiler: PC gamers find that it's not all that hard ;)
If it runs better; I'm looking at you Blighttown, I could see myself struggling through another playthrough after having finished the Xbox 360 version.
I'm not sure if I even like Dark Souls, I certainly don't like games being vague, getting lost or being punished by archaic game mechanics; still, I finished Dark Souls three times and would quite like to buy it and play it again. Maybe I'm a masochist?
I had alot of fun with dark souls and my NG's. I'll get this and pretty much just remake my guy to play the new bosses.
It's not GFWL that's terrible per se, but it seems like it's hard to implement properly. I've played several GFWL games with no issues, but I've certainly also had problems. Bethesda's trademark buginess regularly made itself apparent in Fallout 3, where the GFWL log in thing often didn't appear when I started the game, which also disabled the "New game", "Continue" and "Load game" options at the main menu. It generally worked when I closed and restarted the game, but that certainly wasn't enjoyable. The original Blacklight: Tango Down had these kinds of issues as well. Microsoft made games like Halo 2, Shadowrun and Age of Empires Online I've never had any problems with, nor with the Dawn of War games, Universe at War or Bioshock 2.@Cheesebob said:

Locked 30 FPS is kind of a deal breaker for me so I hope that's not the case when the game is released. Also, my main issue with GFWL is how the saves are tied to your online profile (obviously it would depend on how games handle saves, more most GFWL games seem to being doing this), meaning if you reinstall your OS and forget to backup your live folder, you lose your profiles meaning all those saves are now useless.
Hell yes ... repurchasing for PC and I know someone who will die for this (no pun intended)
I'm sure someone will find a work-around for the 30fps cap. Someone almost always does.
