Looking forward to this ^^
Yay might take my mind off being stuck in the playoff against Cardiff City.
Yep it did!
EDIT:
If you can't backstab with a Skaven then they are not doing it right. lol

Dont think anyone said it was new, we were just happy for a good week with a lot of content. Content has been kinda sparse since they moved offices.
Looks interesting, but EA/Origin? No thanks! Even if you don't have to use Origin, I want nothing to do with EA.
i played this game for like 30 hours, i sort of went into it thinking it was really fun, but then started playing SMNC, and realised that game was way more complex and fun. :P
This game is really bad, I wish they would have just made Warhammer Online F2P instead, PVP in that is more fun.
Didn't know much aboute but after seeing this QL, I'd be more inclined to go back into the Warhammer Online MMO as I like the Warhammer universe but feel that the free arena combat might get dull after a while (as I won't have tons of time to sink into it).
Warhammer 40K is NOT Warhammer Fantasy 40 000 years later. The universes are completely separate. They were linked when Warhammer 40K first came out, but that was retconned.
20 games for roughly 2000 gold.
60,000 gold for a healer.
600 games for a class vital to winning.
This is not how to do F2P, if you're going to use LoL's business model then learn that there must always be a support character on rotation, teams without support will always get dominated.
I had a lot of fun playing this in closed beta but since it went live it has become a mess, holding back characters and making others almost impossible to obtain without paying cash has broken the games balance, which revolved around picking counters to other teams.
I wish they would focus less on PVP and add some PVE. I loved this game when it came out but there isnt really anything to do when you hit 40. If they would add more pve levels I would resub in a heartbeat.
Those animation loops were noticeably short, especially for the orc, but you could see it really clearly when there were more than one skaven guy on the screen as well, kinda surprised they called out the animations as something they liked.
Most ''so called'' F2P games in a nutshell.20 games for roughly 2000 gold.
60,000 gold for a healer.
600 games for a class vital to winning.

Yeah, just look at Super Monday Night Combat... Not only are they the cheapest in actual money ($1.99) they are 4500 coins. Depending on how well you play, that would likely be between 45-90 games. They also lend everyone a free support every week to play with, similar to LoL's free weekly champion rotation.
Warhammer - Heroes of Wrath is Not a Good Free to Play Game
I already did some quick dirty math to show how this game is kind of screwed up.
Putting a support class into rotation every week would fix a lot of what I don't like about it's model however, I will admit that.
after watching jeff play for 20 minutes its easy to figure out why he sucks, lmfao. He doesn't FF, he doesn't help teammates, he doesn't pick out specific enemies to attack...you cant wonder why you suck and just run around and do whatever.
Finally! Was waiting for some coverage on this game. Maybe now more people will start playing it? ...Maybe? I certainly don't blame people if they have better things to be playing though, so, maybe not.
I enjoy the game in spots, but it's still very unbalanced, especially if your trying to play it for free as you don't get to put points in the skill trees until you unlock or buy a character from the store. also it's almost mandatory to have one goblin healer on the team or you will most likely lose.
Really think they fucked up the business model not following league of legends more.
Also not sure why'd I'd ever want to play this even if all the pay stuff was free...
If the game is very good, I'd would easily rather pay a subscription fee, if that means there wasn't a cash shop that excluded me from a variety of things, and a lot of those things probably different each week with different prices and sales etc.
Oh. Ignore my comments about this game lol...
But I still stand by my comment for other games.

They like quite a lot of things sarcastically. It's gotten to the point where if they give something a good review, I just assume it's awful.

Jeff tends to take his CoD mentality with him into every other multiplayer game he plays.

he said as much, so no need to be an ass
Every time Jeff and Brad wax tragic because of dumb MMO mechanics, I become super frustrated with their immediate dismissal of Guild Wars 2. Ah, well... I'm sure they'll try it sooner or later.
Thank you for the "they're in another time zone!!", Jeff. I really needed that rock 'n roll racing reference.
How come the "consoles hold games back graphically" crowd doesn't come out of the woodworks for games like this? This is about on par with a very popular MMO from 2004.

Because this would prove that they can actually be wrong and there's nothing fanboys, elitists, and fucktards hate more than being wrong.
