He's a sumo wrestler?!
Hope youtube goes up soon!
EDIT: Heh. Refreshed the page and it was up! Nifty.
WHOA Mallow's in this? Like THIS Mallow?
Intelligent systems is pretty cool. A pretty under rated Nintendo studio.
Woah, revealing the extended fiction of the Pushmo/Crashmo universe. Hopefully someone will translate some of the novels to english.
Even though I don't have a WiiU, this should go to that platform as any ds game now has no excuse for just staying on it without doing an eshop or a full disc version going to the WiiU. Seems like a great game & should be there to help give people more good original games going to the new console.
Haha. I'm flattered. Brad is playing the Crashmo puzzle I made, and couldn't finish! =-P Maybe I should of posted that X rated Pushmo for the quick look for everyone to see instead. LOL!! I would get banned for posting a giant penis and a pair of breasts though. XD
Also, you're welcome Brad! You'll figure out the secret to da bomb soon enough.

Ok, that's pretty cool.
Santa is bringing me a 3DS LL for Christmas and this will be my first e-shop experience. Well, they did say people should play the original first because it's hard to go back, so maybe I'll get that first.
Don't worry, Brad. We're only watching your every move... DON'T MESS UP!!! AHHHH PRESSURE!
I bought this game and its prequel on the same day. Tried this out for a bit and the jump in difficulty was immediately noticed when I got stuck on one of the puzzles in the first set. I'm over halfway through the first and haven't skipped one just yet.
I sometimes feel Vinny and Drew may have gone a bit deaf. All videos of late have lower than normal audio levels :(
Is it just me, or is there something final fantasy-esque about the music in this?

Wouldn't the volume be higher if they were a bit deaf? It's more like they are getting more sensitive hearing and are toning down the video volume to compensate, if anything.
I picked up the original because it looked like Catherine but I haven't touched it yet. I just picked this up and refuse to play it until I finish Pushmo.
Brad! You have to count the height of blocks.
In 1-1 you're missing the 4-block height. The only possible combination to get it and not screw yourself is green on blue.
Kept hearing good times about Pushmo, which is called Pullblox here in Europe. Got to see what the game actually is, will probably pick up the first one soon.
In one of the latest Bombcasts, didn't the guys ask what the latest Nintendo IP was? Isn't it technically this, Pushmo/Crashmo?
I definitely love these puzzle mechanics. It's easy to see how it could become very very crazy, with needing to push blocks while already on certain blocks and whatnot.
This game is breaking my brain much earlier than Pushmo did. Great stuff at an awesome price.

Ok, that's pretty cool.
What that Mallo could be sort of based on THAT Mallow?
That would be pretty cool. There should be more nods to SMRPG.

That's exactly what I meant. Never made the connection.
I'm glad that Intelligent Systems is still putting out great games. I'd still love a new Wars game, but as long as they aren't wasting their talent, I'm happy for them.
I completed 100% of Pushmo and only had to look up 2 or 3 tips, but lemme tell ya, this game is BRUTAL. It took me a long time to solve Challenge 1-1. Apparently you're supposed to play through the entire training area first, which explains the huge spike in difficulty. I'm terrified of what larger puzzles will look like later on.
It's not the same Mallow from SMRPG (this one's spelled "Mallo"), but I wouldn't be surprised if it's a genuine reference.
I forgot how damned frustrating it is to watch a video of someone struggling with a puzzle game when you can SEE THE SOLUTION and could say literally 5 words to help them do it... Looks like an awesome game though.
@Phoenix654: yeah, i have that same reaction every time they QL or TNT a puzzle game. not saying i would do better in front of a camera. game looks cool, would probably buy it if i had a 3DS
They should prerecord playing puzzle games and comment over them, otherwise I just have to look away so the answer isn't visible while they figure it out.
This game is breaking my brain much earlier than Pushmo did. Great stuff at an awesome price.I know, right? All the stuff about having to relearn the mechanics is totally for reals. I keep forgetting this game takes place in a world where there's no friction
@KillaMaStA: They're showing you the tutorial levels, I think you can get away with seeing the puzzle solutions cause they're all pretty obvious.

A return to the land of testicle noses.
Those are actually testicle mouths!
Are there actually spoilers in this video? I'm somewhat reluctant to watch it because I'm not sure whether or not they are kidding...
Should they really be thanking Mallo for going to retrieve the birds when he scared them off in the first place?
Why would anyone build a balloon out of birds and not have some sort of fail-safe plan in case of loud noises, anyway? That thing looks like a death trap.
please keep it to good natured ribbing and not actual bitching about the gameplay, GB commenters :)
then again, not sure why i even bother asking that much...
