More mail please.
Live show going on, GO WATCH. Also Majora's Mask Live Show please.
Lulz at the guy who thought he got first comment then deleted his comment, good times on the GB comments!
Sneaky Brad Livestream Mailbag.
Dewgong? You got Pokemon fossils! Where's the Kabutops?
In my honest opinion....I this has been the best Mail Bag ever.....but I am a Dinophile like Patrick....
Wow, that is a rad collection. I mean that script is just the coolest mailbag item ever.
And the "Sanchez?" signature has to be Sam Neill, right?
That is incredible. Such a nice jester to just give that stuff away like that.
@bigoletitties: As opposed to giving it 5 stars because he came in and agreed? You're right, that sounds less suspicious.
I wanna send you guys some pocket knives so you don't have to open boxes with your keys like crazy person.
That certainly is hard to believe to be real. Sure looks like, though. If that's the case then Spielberg has an ugly ass signature.
I will now begin sending Giantbomb.com my trash
This video makes me happy, glad to be a part of this community.
Holy shit @ the autographed script. Not that fossils aren't fucking rad either, but man.
How the fuck did he get an autographed JP3 script? That is amazing!
@Imsorrymsjackson: haha well I wasn't too quick about it, I just saw 0 comments when I came in.
I'm still freaking out. I'm just writing to calm down.
giving the cave only 3 stars when they asked the creator to come in and he agreed? gb has lost all credibility with me
Wait...why here? Of all places, why a completely unrelated video about fossilised shark shit?
Anyway, speaking of fossilised shark shit, how does the sender know it's fossilised shark shit?
Free dino dentures for everyone.
@patrickklepek: Good and generous people in the world paying it forward
Some googlefu shows that the signatures at least look like confirmed Crichton/Spielberg signatures.
I've seen some shit in my days, but that was the hardest yet.
It is a cruel mistress indeed that first comment quest!!
Eocene is pronounced "ee-oh-seen." Just thought I'd throw that out there.
EDIT: The bone looks to be a femur (upper leg bone) but I did not get a great look at it. The proximal part (the part that attaches to the hip) seems to have been busted or eroded off. Anyway, that is my two bit analysis. I'm an archaeologist, damn it, not some prissy palaeontologist.
EDIT 2: Now that I look at it again, it looks more like a tibia (shin bone)... The part that I thought was busted could actually be the part that attaches to the ankle.
Pictured are Stephen Spielberg and MIchael Crichton's signatures.
Checked on Wikipedia as some actors have their signatures posted so you can verify. That's definitely Michael Critchton's signature.
That script, this is fantastic.
Did Patrick call it 'the Crustaceous period'? When crabs and lobsters and shrimp ruled the earth?
You must be kidding right? No one is that fucking dumb about how things work...
Right? You're kidding?
Those were dark times man. Crabs were everywhere. No where was safe.
Hard to tell, bu I think the bone is a tibia. Sort of human looking, too.
Amazing mailbag and a lot more creative than the usual haul of old games, candy, and drinks. I bet that haul made Patrick's day/week/month.
Shit's gettin' wacky on Mailbag...
That was so nice of that guy Joe. That was so cool. Patrick, now you've got to go out and buy a display case to store that stuff in.
Anyone else see Butt-head when you look at Ryan's MODOK mug?
Wait a minute. Fire Emblem video commentary? Please tell me they'll do a Quick Look of this that I'll watch in November, when I post the blog for Awakening I wrote in August.
Great, now we'll have to send in Steven Spielberg himself to top this mail bag, nice Joe ;(
Mailbag, mailbag, mailbag, maillllbaaaaag and the rest of the weeeek...wait, I think that was a mini-stroke
Holy Shit, Get back to us on the estimated price of that screenplay Patrick.
I looked up William H Macy and Spielberg's signatures and they both look totally legit. Either that, or Joe is a master forger.
But either way, that looks really awesome.
I said, "No fucking way!" to the Steven Spielberg autograph at the same time Patrick did. Man, what a wild gift!
Oh man, I thought Patrick was going to pass out when seeing the script. WORDS FAILED HIM AT THAT TIME
@frytup: uh oh....
Awesome gift, Joe. Need more mailbags like these!
Am I the only one who wants to send the guy who sent this more plastic bags? Just throwing like 5 things in a bag like that and then only labeling them with the loose paper would make me paranoid. Once those two things became separated I would have no idea anymore.
Also, holy shit about the Jurassic Park script. That is pretty rad.
@patrickklepek: That is amazing. The script being signed by all those folks is fantastic, but all of that paleontology stuff is incredible. Now I want you to start calling up Paleontologists during Jurassic Lark and getting information on what the dinosaurs would have really looked like.
But still, God damn.
@patrickklepek Those cards are backer cards for video store shelves, most likely blockbuster.
