Oh, a game about J.J. Abrams?
Might have to get the ipad version
Another first iOS Quick Look!
Didn't they already do a quicklook of this?
OH GOD, BRAD PLAYING A PUZZLE GAME
I was hoping this would be a video game adaptation of Tommy Wiseau's masterpiece.
I liked this game exorbitant amount.
YOU'RE TEARING ME APART L-Oh, different "The Room". This still looks enjoyable.
Oh hi, Mark.
everybody betray tommy wiseau's IP
On a side note, this game seems rad.
Didn't they already do a quicklook of this?OH GOD, BRAD PLAYING A PUZZLE GAME
Hold on to your hats, gentlemen!
I DIDNT HIT HER! IITS NOT TRUE! THATS BULLSHIT! I DIDNT HIT HER! I DID NAAAWWWT!!!....Oh hi Mark.......
Perfect timing, seeing as the iPad version's on sale for $.99.
They won't let me play this game. Apparently I have to buy a new IPod.
haha, no one's gonna believe this but I literally said "The real The Room starts here" 10 seconds before Vinny. I love this guy.
Oh hi, Vinny.
Oh hi, Brad.
Oh hi, Quick Look.
@HansKisaragi: I really don't understand this iOS quicklook hate. If it's a good or interesting game, this appearing to be both, what does it matter?
I was hoping this would be Peter Molyneux' The Room.
What happened to the weird Tommy Wiseau plays videogames (in space) show? Is it still a thing?
Maybe THIS is the right The Room
The Room Pocket is a demo of the first chapter for free, but it has an in-app purchase to unlock the rest of the game. It's an okay version of the game if you don't mind the interactions being a little finicky due to the smaller surface area It runs on iPhone 5 and iPod Touch 5G for sure.
I had to turn this iOS Quick look off...
...so I could immediately go and buy the game!
I'll watch the rest once I've completed the first few puzzles myself.
Is every iOS Quick Look their first iOS Quick Look? I feel like I've heard that with the last two of them.
i gave up on this game a while ago but i started playing it again while i was watching this and started making progress again, great game with a ton of atmosphere. like they said, sit down and play it with a cup of tea in front of the fire
Hooray, a Quick Look of an iOS game that is actually interesting!
This is still easily my favourite game on my iPad. It had so much atmosphere and the ending was actually pretty cool. But the journey there was definitely the highlight, and I played it in one sitting, up to 3-4 am or so lol since I started pretty late :p Totally worth playing.
You're killing me here! I fucking love puzzle boxes, and I haven't an iPad! :(
When this game first came out, I almost picked up an ipad for it, but I resisted. Seeing some solid gameplay video made that urge return. I thank, and simultaneously blame you guys ;)
@HatKing: Oh hi, HatKing.
I don't know, but I couldn't even enjoy that ironically.
So anyway, how's your sexlife?
@leinad44: Take your own advice.
I try to. I really do. But these pricks wind me the fuck up.
I played The Room Pocket version of this game and you can buy the full game as an in app purchase, it was a totally fine version of the game, no need for an iPad.
Inconceivable! Also people need to pipe up about the Patrick shit. The dude got busted up bad on his birthday for goodness sake.
are they sitting on Quick Looks for this long or something where they would get that mixed up? I'm really confused.
Yeah, watching QLs of puzzle games, especially when you've already solved it is excruciating. Though it does show how officiated some bits are. Still good to watch for the "fresh eyes" aspect. I think I'm gonna see if I can clear it in 38 min now.
NOT The Room I'm thinking of.

I fuckin' could! That show has ended but it went for, 10 episodes I think? Supposedly more on the way but it's been a while.
Myst with touch controls? Tell me when iOS catches up with PC and I am down.
Reminds me of this video.
That show plus the short movie "House that Drips Blood on Alex" were all the proof I need that Wiseu's claim of the room being a comedy the whole time were false. The dude is only hilarious when he's trying to be serious.
I love the "surprise!" sound Vinny makes when Brad discoveres something new like at 23:46. It's the same sound my parents make when we pretend the easter bunny was here when my little niece is around
@Lucri: Oh hi, Lucri.
This seems really, really cool.
Goddammit Brad, I love and hate these types of Quick Looks. I almost want to scream at my screen at times. Anyway, the game looks splendid. It should come out on Windows 8..
Oh hai, Brad and Vinny.
Anyways, I can no longer hear Aladdin songs without thinking of my terrible first roommate who would put in his copy of the movie and watch and re-watch "A Whole New World" while weeping over his breakup with his first girlfriend. The mere humming of that tune now makes me want to break things.
Please don't stick that key into my eye Brad!

I was wondering the same thing
It's like the Fast and Furious timeline!
