That answer is pretty much the definition of "exclusive" in 2015. Assume everything that isn't strictly first-party is a timed exclusive - even if the developers and publishers insist it isn't just timed, it's still entirely possible that it actually is.

For me ps4 being my preferred console,I don't dig too deep into Xbox one announced games unless they catch my attention,many ps4 owners probably didn't know this either

Awesome. I hope it hits either Wii U or PS4 sometime this year.

This'd be a perfect Vita and 3DS game. I look forward to it hitting those.

I thought it was admirable of Sony to announce Street Fighter V as PC and PS4 at their own conference.

None of this "console exclusive, guys the PC doesn't exist, buy it here plz" bullshit. (which Sony themselves did a lot before)

@illnoise33: Let me clear this up, i'm a Microsoft employee. This is not a timed exclusive like our partnership with Square and Capcom for Tomb Raider and Dead Rising respectively. This is a Microsoft published game and as such as been developed specifically for our respected platforms Windows 10, XBOX ONE, and XBOX ONE X. Any release on any other platforms will be published with Microsoft. Do not expect a Nintendo or Playstation release, I suggest you purchase one of our platforms if you wish to purchase the game.
