Spell uses

My main question here is how to amass larger number of uses per spell. I have read plenty about attunement, and have invested in it heavily, but i still see ill results. My first example being emit force. Simple, low level spell, that wiki and most every playthrough ive watched, starts with 8 casts. Only mine starts with 4. Why? Also lightning spear, I have seen plenty of playthroughs by Lobos and Lucians and on and on, and they all have 10-12 spears, but im still stuck with 3. And i know its not a gear thing, because most of the time i currently wear better equip than they are at that point. Please help

You can equip a spell twice to gain multiple uses of it. Lets say Lightning spear starts at 3 per equip. If you put on 2, you get 6, 3 you get 9, and so on. I hope this helps!
