Boundless/Oort Online

Trying to get Boundless properly reflected on the games list. It was originally named Oort Online. The name has been changed to Boundless, and the page properly forwards on the site here. But the twitch games list only sees Oort, despite Boundless having an active listing. Not sure of how this could be rectified.
