Combine: BuzzingCars and Wild Wheels

BuzzingCars and Wild Wheels (2002) are alternate titles for the same game.

Since there's another 1991 game by the name Wild Wheels, I'd suggest merging the 2002 Wild Wheels into the BuzzingCars page and make Wild Wheels an alias for that. Both names seem to have been used for the US release.

Just a heads up that there's also two Wild Wheels (1991) pages, as fisk0 made one while mine was pending for approval, so these need to be combined.
