The page for Magical Hat says that it was reskinned as Decap Attack in the West, but there aren't any significant gameplay changes listed on either page that warrant them being separate. Or is there a rule for these types of licensing SNAFUs getting separate pages? I know that Doki Doki Panic and Super Mario Bros. 2 are separate pages, but I don't think that's the case with Yo Noid (even if it was going in the opposite direction).
