Which should be merged into which? Aren't they all different games?

I would assume they're very similar, sort of like how there are multiple versions of each Pokemon game.
I'm pretty sure Medabots and Medabots AX are different products, but there's probably little difference between the Metabee and Rokusho versions.

According to Frank Provo they are practically the same, even less difference than something like Pokemon Red/Blue... So yeah, I'd say merge...
