Combine Request: Firebrand and Red Arremer

The Firebrand and Red Arremer character pages need to be combined since they are the same character. Since Firebrand is what he is called in North American game releases I guess that should be the page that remains and the stuff from the Red Arremer (that's the Japanese name) page should get thrown into it.
