*spoilers* for kotor.

Alternate versions of the same person, perhaps? Because, you were able to redeem yourself from the dark side in kotor.

K that was a good point but if you played kotor 2 and you get to the sith academy, you can see a holocrom of bastilla and she says that Darth revan(if you did indeed chose him to be dark sided) remembered something about the true sith, who were evil and went to the unknown regions to stop them.Thereby leaving the sith and instigating the civil war. Also, Kreia says that Revan might not have fallen to the dark side at all but rather had seen the true evil in the outer rings(The true sith) and had thus seen what he needed to become to defeat them. So in a sense they are the same person, one is light sided and the other is dark side not because he has fallen but rather, because he needs to be for the sake of the galaxy.
