I'm pretty sure that he's not been credited in any game and holding a world record for a video game doesn't warrant a person page from what I've read.

I thought this was about the Billy Mitchell from Eastenders at first.

Looking over those Moby Games results, I don't believe that any of those are this Billy Mitchell. Contacting him would probably be the best course of action if we want a definitive answer.

Since there is a Billy Mitchell that has been credited in the past, the page will stay but I changed the picture and the blurb to explain it was that Billy Mitchell. He's too busy with his hot sauce to test games.
