I agree it's not fit for a "concept" though. I don't think any game goes for generic, bland or uninspired looks on purpose. It's kinda like adding "good game" as a concept... Don't tell me it's there.
I'd say that this page (Games that don't take themselves too seriously) and this page (Sad Face Moment) are also too subjective. Also, I'm not sure how one would differentiate a Jump Scare Moment from a Cheap Scare.

The description on the page is poor, but I think there could be an argument to be made for games that intentionally place you into a scene where you're going to be given a giant vista or sprawling landscape to look at to show of the graphics engine, make you feel a part of the world, or just for the sake of it (the openings of Oblivion and Fallout 3, plus Prince of Persia and Resistance 2 come to mind). I'm more in favor of that page being redefined instead of deleted.
