The concept of descendents of other characters has always struck me as a weird concept. Not hat it isn't valid, but it does seem redundant. We have concepts for things like parents, but the alias field for DooC is particularly outlandish given that it covers family relations like cousins that aren't descendants. Maybe a concept like "Distant Ancestor" or something of that nature would work better.

Or at the very least, rename the existing concept so that it isn't so awkward.

Well, I was under the impression that you were suggesting the concept title should reflect that the page deals with related characters and not just specifically direct descendants...

No, because "Related characters" is far too broad and covers ground that other concepts like Parents already covers.
