Dr Salvador isn't a specific character and is a recurring type of enemy encountered in Resident Evil 4 (and Mercenaries 3D in his 'super' variation). They also differ from Nemesis in that you're very clearly coming into contact with multiple 'Dr Salvadors' as they will eventually start disintegrating like all Ganado whence killed.
Information pertaining to Dr. Salvador should instead be kept to the Ganado and/or Resident Evil 4 pages instead me thinks.
