Delete: Fantastic Four - Delete & Combine Requests

There is no game called Fantastic Four developed by Adventure International on the systems described. (I believe that this is actually supposed to represent Questprobe Featuring Human Torch and the Thing, making it redundant.)

Looks like you're right. The developer and publisher even match up with the Apple II release listed here: http://www.mobygames.com/game/questprobe-featuring-human-torch-and-the-thing/release-info

"Fantastic Four" should probably be an alias for the real entry anyway....
