Delete: Quintessentially British - Delete & Combine Requests

I think it's enough that we have a United Kingdom location page and a British Accent page; there's really no need for a page that nebulously relates to things that are "set in Britain (or close enough)" and probably made by "guys drinking tea all the time".

I'm British, English even, and I almost never drink tea. And when I do, it's Darjeeling or Lapsang Souchong, not the traditional milky stuff. So enough with the tea! Coffee is way better. Fact. Sure a lot of British people like tea, but we don't have any formal ceremonies dedicated to it, so shouldn't that stereotype have moved over to Japan now? (Because of course, Japan does not have enough stereotypes already)

I remember a similar thing for games with almost-Asian settings. Anybody wanna go through the wiki and clean up these "let's list off what countries do" pages?

It's pretty dumb that there's pages for all these different accents. Is that at all necessary?
