Pretty sure the game that Gary Oldman alluded to is the Arkham Asylum game currently in development, so there is currently no reason to suspect an actual movie tie-in to be in development, unless we hear official confirmation otherwise.
Like I said, probably referring to the Arkham game. Find it unlikely they'll release two Batman games within a year of each other. And it's not like Gary Oldman would be privy to all the ins and outs of Batman games in development.
