Delete: Specific sports concept pages

There's a generic Basketball & Ice Hockey concept. There isn't one for Baseball, but the concepts seam to only be used to differentiate US & JP, and isn't that what franchise pages are for?

But there's also the CFL, which doesn't have a franchise page because there's only one game. It can only exist as a concept.

There's a difference between using a sports league as a game franchise moniker and a sports league as a concept. A game doesn't need to be called NHL 13 to feature the NHL.
