Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People is not a franchise, it is just the title for the five episodes in that season. Telltale (the game developers) have said that if they do a second season, it will not have the same title (Strong Bad's Cool Game For Attractive People).
The correct franchise for the game is the Homestar Runner franchise, which I created a week ago.
To further confirm this, Sam & Max Season One does not have a franchise page, nor does Sam & Max Season Two - they just fall under the Sam & Max franchise.

Yeah, I agree. There will probably be more games not even made by Telltale that will be in the Homestar Runner universe that will fall under that "Homestar Runner" franchise.
