Gyarados and Mew, as far as I am aware they have not appeared as individual characters in a game, only as species, which makes them a concept. I've transferred the information over to the concept pages.
"Deleted" the Gyrados page Mew however is actually a unique charater in the Pokemon mythos.Thread can be locked.
