Delete/Combine Commander Keen

For some odd reason there's a game just called commander keen in the database: http://www.giantbomb.com/commander-keen/61-21209/
Now everything written on that page, hints that it's meant as a franchise page, and not a game page... so I think that we should delete that page, and move all the info to this blank and empty franchise page instead:

Looks like someone got confused and took the Gameboy Color Commander Keen page and had some fun with it. The GBC game is simply titled "Commander Keen".
