Delete/Combine: Ducking/Crouching

Yeah, It's me again. Here's Ducking, and here's Crouching.

Are they the same thing, or is it more like:
Crouching = Bending one's knees.
Ducking = Lowering one's head.

You can duck by bending at the waist, forming an upside down L.

So all 100 ducking games are under crouching?
