I don't think they're a developer at all. They're About Us page claims that they are a "third-party publisher". If sites are claiming GameMill is the developer of a game, it's probably because they don't know what company actually developed it.

How about I "erase" the publishing page and add the publishing name to the entertainment page as an alias ?
edit: I think I understand what happened here. The publisher page was created by the interns (bots?) who savaged quite a lot of data from mobygames.com
