Multiple Gears of War PC releases

All except for the first in the PC section should probably be deleted. And maybe a Europe one should be added.

The first one says PC but it has a 360 cover art.....

That should probably be changed also. Regardless, there are four different releases for the same thing.

Okay. I've changed the releases in a way that I hope you'll find satisfactory.

I also fixed it so that top PC one is what it was clearly intended to be, a UK release. It was released a few days after the US version, had a UK rating on it, but had United States as its region. Fixed!
