There a few Megami Tensei games listed on the Persona franchise page that should not be there, as the Persona series is a spin-off of the Megami Tensei games.

Yeah but more recent Persona games have Shin Megami Tensei in their names. Doesn't that kind of link them to the Megami Tensei franchise?

Tenuously. But, it's not really up to me. If the crew wants it to stay, it'll stay. And it's just a tiny little nitpick. Either way, those games are still all badass.
