Rename: Humvee to HMMWV

Humvee is just what it's best known as, it is actually called the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle, or HMMWV. Either would be appropriate, but HMMWV being much shorter and more easily recognizable seems the best rename.

I'm not sure which audience would recognize HMMWV more than Humvee. I know that I never heard of it by that name until seeing the threads about this page on the board.

I hadn't heard of it before now either, probably just best as an alias.

All the moto military duders are flippin the heck out right now about this.

It's the official name, in like, since the concept...

"Humvee" is just the quick pronunciation adopted by the soldiers.

I know that this thread is the first time I've ever seen HMMWV. I think a larger base of people would recognize it as Humvee, but hey, I'm just a lowly civilian, what do I know? For the purpose of the wiki I think Humvee is more recognizable.

Humvee is its most recognizable name, HMMWV should just be an alias.

It should be named HMMWV and have Humvee as an alias, after all HMMWV are the real name.

Just gonna leave it as it is. Searching HMMWV still gets you there anyway.
