Rename the game: 'FA-18 Operation Iraqi Freedom' to 'F/A-18 Operation Iraqi Freedom' ----- That's what the box art says.
Add alias 'F/A-18 Operation Desert Storm' to the game 'FA-18 Operation Iraqi Freedom' ----- It is the same game, just different box art for Europe.
Alias: Warlock 2: The Exiled -> Warlock II: The Exiled
(Oddly, the logo says II, but all the text on Steam and the official website uses 2, so I guess the official styling is 2)
Monster Rancher Battle Card Episode II should have the alias of Monster Farm Battle Card Episode II which is the Japanese title.
Rename: Gerard Dessales to Gérard Dessalles ---- Reason: name is misspelled (twice)
Please rename Hourai Gakuen no Bouken! to "Hourai Gakuen no Bouken! Tenkousei Scramble" since that is the game's full title. Also add "The Adventures of Hourai High: Transfer Student Drama Bomb" as a alias to the wiki, which is what Aeon Genesis translated the title to.
Fatal Frame V (working title) -> aliases: Project Zero V, Zero 5, Fatal Frame 5
Metal Torrent -> alias: Aa Mujou Setsuna (japanese title) & Shooting Storm (korean title)
Anyway, for my recommendations, Dragon Warrior Monsters 2 should have the aliases Mysterious Key in Martha and Ruca's Departure. They're listed as alternate names in the credits to Dragon Quest Monsters 1 & 2.
Another alias for this set: Iru's Adventure, for the same reasons.
Nintendo Pocket Football Club -> alias: NPFC
Official shorthand & social marketing twitter hashtag for the game used by Nintendo.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is known as LEGO Marvel Super Heroes: Universe in Peril in its portable versions. An alias should be added to reflect that.

Fatal Frame V (working title) -> aliases: Project Zero V, Zero 5, Fatal Frame 5
Shouldn't Zero V (working title) be the page name until a North American release under the Fatal Frame name is confirmed?

Maybe. But then we would also need to rename the Fatal Frame IV page to its Japanese title "Zero: Gesshoku no Kamen"
Ultra Golf should have the aliases of Konami Golf which was the name in the UK and Konamic Golf which was the Japanese name.
Alias for Electro Man: Electro Body. It's the name it was originally released under in Poland before Epic picked it up.
Need a couple alias' for Track Meet:

Aliases:
Music Construction Set -> The Orchestrator
Music Construction Set -> Will Harvey's Music Construction Set
Name change: Blazing Heroes -> Mystaria: The Realms of Lore
The game was released in Europe and America as Mystaria, then re-released as Blazing Heroes. To complicate matters, it was called Riglord Saga in Japan. As the most common name, I suggest changing it to Mystaria and add Blazing Heroes and Riglord Saga as aliases.
The box art Giant Bomb has even says Mystaria...

Alias:
- Simon Templeton for Simon Templeman.
- Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition and Diablo 3: Ultimate Evil Edition for Diablo III: Reaper of Souls. It's the PS4 version's title. Unless it's worth creating a new game page specifically for the PS4 version? After all it's almost of a compilation, and has unique content that isn't found in the PC version.
Pokémon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire -> aliases:
Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire
Pokémon Omega Ruby
Pokemon Omega Ruby
Pokémon Alpha Sapphire
Pokemon Alpha Sapphire

Please rename War of the Human Tanks to "Human Tanks, Charge! War of the Human Tanks" since that is the full English title. Thank you.
Pixel Boy needs to be renamed to Pixel Boy and the Ever Expanding Dungeon which is now the title.
Skapon is referred to as Sukapon in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, which is probably the closest we have to an official English name at this point. Skapon is still a common Romanization though, so it should be kept as an alias.
Also, what is the position on Smash Bros. trophies and stickers? I was under the impression they don't count as character appearances. Am I correct?
Monster Hunter Frontier GG -> aliases:

Monster Hunter Frontier G Genuine

The following company names have leading spaces which need to be removed:
Freedom Factory Studios
http://www.giantbomb.com/freedom-factory-studios/3010-9409/
Screwfly Studios
http://www.giantbomb.com/screwfly-studios/3010-8683/
Switchblade Monkeys
http://www.giantbomb.com/switchblade-monkeys/3010-8697/
These also need leading spaces removed as they're screwing up alphabetical ordering:
- J.League Champion Soccer
- Bobby Arpeggio
- Chan Chuang
- Brenoch Adams
- Pat Guarino
- Primo A. Navidad
- Suna Kang
- Ikuko Tou

That should be all of them, until they start popping up again because the site refuses to strip them out automatically. *sigh*
Company of Heroes 2: The Western Front Armies should probably have the alias of COH2 - The Western Front Armies: US Forces which is the title on the Steam page.
@lordandrew: Assist Trophies should definitely count. The trophy collection stuff...not sure. I mean, if we're taking things literally, it is an appearance in the game, but I can understand the reasoning behind not including them as well.
@bobafettjm: For some reason I can't edit the Pixel Boy page. Can't figure out why.
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD -> alias: TWWHD
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker -> alias: TWW
---
The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds -> alias: ALBW
(check google search results if you still don't believe this is the more appropriate alias over LBW which nobody actually uses)
All very common abbreviations. WWHD is actually more common but that alias was declined earlier so unless the stance has changed on the mod side, I pitch the full abbreviation. I gave up pitching ALTTP as a completely valid and useful alias for A Link to the Past, too. But those linked above should at least be added.
Alias:

Please delete the Princess Maker 5 Portable page since it is just a port of Princess Maker 5 and not a new game.
I am not entirely sure if any content is changed as I am unfamiliar with the game/s but I believe Half Minute Hero 2 should have the alias of Half Minute Hero: The Second Coming which is the Steam port. From what I can tell it is the same game just finally localized and brought to the US?
