Farewell, Umihara Kawase should actually have "Sayonara, Umihara Kawase" as the page title. While it's an accurate translation of the name, Sayonara, Umihara Kawase is the only official name that the game has at this point, having only just been announced recently in Japan.

Can this be changed from a game page to a company page?

I think Skogsra should be renamed Huldra, I think Huldra is probably the more common name she appears under in games (such as in Year Walk, where Skogsrå pretty much only is mentioned as an alias), and Skogsra isn't the correct spelling of the Swedish word Skogsrå, and I guess the "å" letter may break something in the site's scripting, as uncommon Scandinavian letters tend to do that. Add Skogsra (and if possible Skogsrå) as aliases, while the more common and internationally legible word Huldra should be the page name.

Skogsra is the common name used in the Megami Tensei titles she appears in thus far. What other games has she appeared in other than Year Walk?

alias: Pokémon Scramble U -> Pokemon Scramble U; Pokémon Rumble U; Pokemon Rumble U (<- the eventual western name for the game)

also, Pokémon Rumble Blast -> Super Pokémon Scramble; Super Pokémon Scramble (alias)

(the game currently has a WRONG alias: Super Pokémon Rumble and Super Pokemon Rumble, please delete those!)

alias: Pokémon Rumble (franchise) -> Pokémon Scramble; Pokemon Scramble; Pokemon Rumble

I guess unintuitive enough, that spelling seems to be the most common in video games (someone else would know better than me, but looked like there was an enemy in World of Warcraft going by the name Skogsra too), I would've expected to see Huldra as more common, as that's pronounceable in English and outside of video games, seems to be the most common name internationally for it (Skogsrå or Skogsfru is dominant in most of Sweden, and in Swedish language games, of which I mostly know of some MUDs and text adventures). Seems like The Secret World used Huldra as a server name, but as far as I can tell, not as an entity in the game, and other than that, all the other instances of that name being used is for pen and paper or trade card RPG's, such as the Swedish Drakar & Demoner.

So, I guess if we're going by the most common name used in video games, Skogsra should continue being the page name. I found this pretty surprising since I would've expected it to have gone all Anglicized like mythological Greek, Latin or even other Scandinavian names tend to be in English language games (such as Homer, Virgil or Mercury instead of Homeros, Vergilius and Mercurius).

you forgot some of the sim aliases:

Sid Meier's SimGolf -> Sid Meier's Sim Golf

SimTunes -> Sim Tunes

SimRefinery -> Sim Refinery

Streets of SimCity -> Streets of Sim City

SimLife -> Sim Life

SimCopter -> Sim Copter

SimSafari -> Sim Safari

and for some reason, the SimGolf page seems to have been deleted in the process for some reason?! SimGolf and Sid Meier's SimGolf are two different games:

http://www.mobygames.com/game/sid-meiers-simgolf

http://www.mobygames.com/game/windows/simgolf

can that page be restored?

Eve Online should have some aliases. Each time they roll out one of the new updates for the game, they essentially change the name of the game and they promote it this way... and many people may search for the game under these aliases:

  • "Eve Online: Retribution"
  • "Eve Online: Inferno"
  • "Eve Online: Crucible"
  • "Eve Online: Incarna"
  • "Eve Online: Incursion"
  • "Eve Online: Tyrannis"
  • "Eve Online: Dominion"
  • "Eve Online: Apocrypha"
  • "Eve Online: Quantum Rise"
  • "Eve Online: Empyrean Age"
  • "Eve Online: Trinity"
  • "Eve Online: Revelations I"
  • "Eve Online: Revelations II"
  • "Eve Online: Bloodlines"
  • "Eve Online: Red Moon Rising"
  • "Eve Online: Cold War"
  • "Eve Online: Exodus"
  • "Eve Online: Castor"

Shin Megami Tensei: Nine ---> Shin Megami Tensei: NINE

Minor, but the NINE is always capitalized in any materials seen about the game.

The game Inazuma Eleven Break seems to actually be called Inazuma Eleven Strikers, in both Japan and UK. I don't know what IE Break is, as googling just leads to some sites saying it's "Coming Soon" and "Not Canceled" from years ago, so it might have been a prototype/tentative title.

Hmm... so then Inazuma Eleven Break (or as the case may be "Break!") would work as an alias. Well done, lad.
