Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't pubs and taverns pretty much the same thing? Even if there was a slight difference (such as pubs occasionally serving food) I don't really think that most people will think of this difference when adding games to these pages. Also, most in-game bars include food or other HP boosting items in addition to the alcoholic beverages.
