Spam = Move Spamming?

Looks like we have spam, spam, move-spamming and spam

I suggest removing Move Spamming, since Spam (video game action) covers every action.

Yea, the spamming could probably be divided down into specific spamming instances as with the move spamming page.

Fixed. Got rid of move spamming, as Spam is all encompassing. Variations between, say, 2-D fighters and 1st person shooters should be developed and discussed within the article.

Also, I added all the games from Move Spamming into the Spam concept page, so as to show people that it's not strictly related only to COD like games.
