Seems the same to me. I say delete the gibs one, and leave gibbing. Maybe merge them, since I think gibs has some games that gibbing doesn't, but since their the same it would be best to merge.
I thought gibbing is when you shoot a dead player that is waiting to be revived, thus forcing the player into a respawn que. If there's a different term for that, let me know.
I actually deleted the Gibbings page, as "Gibs" are the pieces that become of the player that is killed. Gibbing is the act of doing that to the enemy player. So, I think Gibs makes more sense. Gibbing is basically just shooting them with the effect that they become "Gibs" (this whole post sounds ridiculous to me, haha). So yeah, but I added "Gibbing" as an alias for "Gibs." Thanks guys.
