"Xonox Double Ender" Series

There is a series of dual-game Atari 2600 compilation cartridges that were released by a company called Xonox:

1. Xonox Double Ender: Tomarc the Barbarian and Motocross Racer
2. Xonox Double Ender: Robin Hood and Sir Lancelot
3. Xonox Double Ender: Artillery Duel and Ghost Manor
4. Xonox Double Ender: Spike's Peak and Ghost Manor
5. Xonox Double Ender: Chuck Norris Superkicks and Ghost Manor
6. Xonox Double Ender: Artillery Duel and Chuck Norris Superkicks
7. Xonox Double Ender: Chuck Norris Superkicks and Spike's Peak

Each of these game entries needs to be deleted, as they are technically additional releases of each individual game, not entirely new games themselves. Once these pages are deleted, I'll go ahead and add the necessary release information under the individual game pages. Thanks!
