can't decide which class to play as.

So right now I'm trying to figure out which class I want to start with. I was playing a warlock for a bit and they seem cool. But hunters look awesome also. And titans seem cool as_well.

I'm also in a predicament deciding on what race to make the character. Like, if I went with warlock, I think awoken makes more lore sense. However, if I choose exos then I get to be a god damn ROBOT SPACE WIZARD. Who cares if it doesn't make sense that a robot can use magic.

What do you guys think? What's the best class to play as and what race maybe works better with it? I know there's no real difference outside of aesthetics though.

I went human female Hunter - set up my character and blazed through the tutorial before having to come into work this morning.

I would give each a try to level 8 or so, you get a pretty good feel for each by then and that shouldn't be that Hugh I a time investment (given the leveling pace o the beta).

Going with a human Titan for my main, and a robot wizard for an alt.

SPACE WIZARD. I main a human female warlock because elves are the worst even in space, the robot customization options are lacking, and human dudes look weird (skin too shiny and smooth).

Wowowow. I was leaning towards the Warlock after the beta, but now it's Bladedancer Hunter all the way.

@raven_sword: Its not like you can't make characters willy nilly at your leisure. Just make one of each and feel them out.

Liking the early Hunter super in multiplayer, the golden gun sure hits heavy.

Im playing an awoken female hunter with a real dumb sideways mohawk. I've had a bit of trouble with its super in PVP.

Is it weird that a exo warlock doesn't make sense and that's why I'm hesitant being one? Ha ha. Like, how does a robot use magic, which is spiritual in nature?

I'm playing a male exo titan right now. I'm considering making a human hunter at some point.

I heard people say hunters aren't great in pvp or multiplayer.

In the lore magic is granted by the Traveller. There's no spiritual element to it, you just have it or you don't.

Go with a hunter, they have knives.
