I like your choice as Donald Sutherland though, then again I just really like Donald Sutherland.
Also I think Adam Driver would be an interesting Jensen.

Jensen sometimes reminds me if Timothy Olyphant, though I doubt he's interested in making another video game movie.

When I first played Human Revolution I thought Jensen was voiced by Timothy Olyphant, I think he'd be fine in the role.

I was going to come in here and say the same thing. I think that T Olyphant is perfect for the role.

@zolroyce: He's actually directing Doctor Strange now so I'm not sure about the development of Deus Ex. Like most video game movies it's just kind of in limbo.

@Chocobodude3: I'm pretty sure Malik being changed to Chinese would seem odd to some.

Jeff Gerstmann's answer aside I think Jensen is a blank enough slate where they could pretty much cast any Hollywood leading man.

No one could do Adam Jensen more justice than Keanu Reeves.

Since the plot is basically Paul Blart meets Inspector Gadget only with some humor. You must cast Kevin James as the lead.
