I'm a spoiled PC gamer and I feel sorry for MS after that presentation, because "none of them" (except maybe MGSV, will have to ee more of it) :(

Larger resolutions and better framerates.. I was there for the CD-Rom revolution in PC gaming and on consoles, that didn't do much, this is like it again, but we'll see after the PS4 presser.

I'm also the kind of (old) gamer that's come to groan at how everything's a shooter.

Titanfall, though it was more of a loud grumble than a scream.

MGS5 looked incredible. Absolutely gorgeous. Fucking stunning.

It also looked like it's finally taking a page from Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. This is very much a good thing.

The lighting in MGS V is unlike anything I've ever seen. I mean even in the rendered CG in film, I've never seen that much care put into light simulation, that thing was gorgeous.

MGSV. It takes a familiar concept but completely blows it out because of new technology. There's no way you could make something with that many systems work well on the current gen.

Quantum Break looks like CGI, but Sam Lake keeps promising that it's not. And you know what, he's a dude I can trust.

The Witcher 3 looks great indeed. I have to say I really liked the mech action in Titanfall as well. Sure, it didn't look as visually impressing, but it looked like it had some pretty fun gameplay going for it. Battlefield 4 as it was shown was a massive let-down. Of course this is the typical campaign stuff in the vein of Modern Warfare; perhaps the multiplayer will be fun, but it does seem as if it'll end up almost identical to BF3 in terms of that gameplay as well.

I'm sad I overslept and missed the MGSV demo even though I'm sure it has been uploaded a million places already because it has not been uploaded to Giantbomb yet and I only visit Giantbomb.

Titanfall is probably the most "next generation" but it has nothing to do with the way it looks.

I seem to agree with many others, I think MGS5 looks phenomenal. I didn't get to see Titanfall, so I don't know about it, but I'm sure I would agree with others.

Well, nothing that was Gears levels but this gen isn't going to be that big of a leap. 60 fps becoming much more prevalent is great, though.

I thought Ryse looked amazing. Shame about the QTEs.

Yep. Those Quick-time prompts really just ruined every sense of immersion created by the nice visuals. There really aren't more subtle ways to communicate what the player needs to press to do certain moves? Apparently not.

Ryse, graphically, looked great.

MGS5 has looked great since announcement.

Spark seemed to render the terrain building/deformation way faster than anything seen in Little Big Karting or it's predecessor, so that's pretty great.

Quantum Break looks AMAZING.

I'm excited to see what Sony shows, now, if the "PS4's APU actually has 50% more processing power available for games" thing is true.

MGS 5!

Looks fuckin' amazing, and Kojima knows how to use a trailer to intrigue people on both story and legitimate gameplay better than anyone else in the industry.

That strange, leather-jacket-enjoying fellow gives me hope for the future of games to remain both interesting and cool.

MGSV was on this level because it not only showed pretty graphics but a whole new aspects for the series.

MGS V looks good but it kind of just looks like MGS4 but bigger; it costs way too much to actually make better looking assets so it's all the stuff around the assets that look better. Nothing looks as good as Crysis did relative to everything else 5-6 years ago. For Witcher 3 it looks exactly the same as Witcher 2 except again it's bigger and there's more stuff to do; I suppose if Next Gen means more Open World games then I'm all for it; but I want to see what an Uncharted type game looks like; presuming they have the resources to make one look better.

I thought Dead Rising, just for the sheer number of zambies. Might finally be able to get that 'living city' feeling in Assassin's Creed, RPGs etc.

I think it will be the PS4 Final Fantasy game. Whatever one may think about that series now, they still make the most amazing looking games.

Yeah, I was actually really impressed by the way that game looked... until button prompts. Still, the graphics were really shiny and impressive, and I'm a sucker for ancient Rome. Would need to see more before I'm sold, though. If it's just swinging a sword around and hitting B, X, or Y when the colorful button prompts tell you to, then shiny is probably about all it has going for it.

This, combined with the fact that a lot of devs have started chopping up the roguelike genre and taking pieces from it. Just like 10 years ago they started taking "RPG"-pieces and mixing into other genres.
