The 5th Annual E3 Banner Contest Challenge

Well here is my attempt, i'll be honest i'm a Nintendo guy so I did 3 for them, I wanted to go with Reggie themed ones but there is something about Iwata and Luigi that I just could not resit doing some with them :3

This should be a lock for Sony:

And I really like these for Konami:

Thanks for those of you who like my first batch of banners, I had some more time and decided to do some more, probably not as good as the first batch though.

Well here's my first set. I'm pretty happy with the Sony, EA and Microsoft ones; the Ubisoft and Nintendo ones need a bit of reworking I just couldn't really find good images.

@face15: I like these a lot too. Nice use of the screenshots and simple design.

Jebus, there are like 4 designs already that would be perfect. Superb job, duders.

"Eminently punchable" not "imminently" and "caffeinated" not "caffinated." I'd suggest "the head honcho enigma" and no comma between horrible and caffeinated. Great work besides. I like the look.

Okay, guys. I'm gonna call it here on Konami banners. I'll post the Konami thread in the morning with the winning banner. The moderators have til then to vote. Awesome job so far by everyone and keep making banners for the other five!

I didn't have access to my computer when I first saw this thread and I tried to make some banners on my iPad... It didn't really turn out great so I quickly redid them now I can use photoshop

I don't know... heh :]

May I ask what font you used for these?

The best one are the ones with least effort. Who needs lighting when you have Dan.

@face15: I laughed so hard, I got a head rush. The dichotomy of the BIG SERIOUS *GRRR* LETTERS next to the face of a happy, smiling Jack T. was too, too perfect

@coafi: I like what's going on on the right side of these designs..... Not so much with the blank colors behind the controllers. Pimp it out a bit more. I like where they're going.

My stab at Microsoft, unsure which one I like better. May have a go at the others, later. Loving all the interesting designs Giantbomb!

Here's my attempt. It's been awhile since I've photoshopped, so don't judge too harshly. Most of the stuff I didn't make from scratch, but I did make the PS buttons on the left.

Wow all the ones done so far have been fantastic!

I haven't attempted to edit an image in over a year so please excuse my rust. I'll add more if I have time.
