Can i download videos from the site?if yes,how?

Hi,im a user from brazil and i have a gaming blog.What i would like to know if it is possible to download videos from the site so i can subtitle them and put it on my blog(of course the credits for the vid will go to the site),if the answer is yes i would like to know how.

you insert the URL of the video, then your email then you select the format you want then they email it to you then you download it. Simple

You can always download the videos off their youtube video page.

Well, I tried this with the url http://www.giantbomb.com/endurance-run-persona-4-part-52/17-456/ and Zamzar tells me the file has no extension. Anyone know why/have an alternative option? I'm using hotel wifi and they throttle streaming video so I can't get my endurance runs! I'm dying here!

well, that URL doesn't have any extention... you have to get the URL for the .flv video, and copy and paste that into zamzar...

If you use firefox, you can just get a simple flash download add-on here.

It detects any flash videos on the page, and lets you download them.

I download most of the videos (since my connection is so bad I cant stream properly) and its fairly easy. You click "embed" next to the video, scroll down to the bottom to find the bit that says something like: www.giantbomb.com/video/params/459/?w=1

Put that into your browser then in the first line it will give you the address of the video, something like: http://media.giantbomb.com/video/vf_l4dsurvival_ql_042109_700.flv

You will be downloading a .flv (a flash video file) which you may need to convert for use.

Before you do it you should probably click the play button since it goes into there metrics I think, I think thats what the HTML says anyways but I never really checked since I just wanted to download while I was at college.

You could use RealPlayer, nice video player which also comes with a video downlander for any videos (Firefox only though)
