Cant add DLC to a game missing it?

Black Ops 2 is missing the season pass DLC entries for PC and PS3, I can't add them, only option I have is to edit the current xbox360 entry.

I think there might be a minimum number of wiki points (either 1000 or 5000) required to be able to add releases and DLC.

I was able to add releases for the game (once approved) earlier, and I saw nothing in the wiki-points info page about adding DLC
