By navigating to the "Games" page under the "Browse" tab on the navigation bar, you can access the "Add New Game" button, which can be found on the top right in addition to being distinctively bright yellow. Your submissions will then proceed to be moderated.

After getting 5,000 points, though, you can bypass that moderation process.
